I need something urgently! Is this possible?
It depends on how busy my schedule is at the time and the size of the job – feel free to send me the details using the form above and I’ll see what I can do!
How will I receive the finished design?
All material intended for print is supplied in high-res PDF format. Logos are supplied as JPG, EPS (vector) and PNG files. For websites you’ll have access to the control panel through whichever builder we have agreed to use, after it’s been published / linked up to your domain and hosting (if applicable).
Who owns the copyright for the work you produce?
Copyright transfers to you as soon as the balance has been settled in full. I do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes 🙂
What are your payment terms?
I typically require an initial payment representing 50% of the total fee to secure your booking, and before work can commence. The remainder of the balance is due upon completion. I’m happy to discuss spreading smaller payments over the duration of a project though, especially during this time of economic uncertainty.
